Mark earned his bank and finance degree from the University of Arkansas but realized his true calling when he entered into the remodeling business. From roofing, siding and windows, Mark saw the potential of offering higher quality than any of his previous employers, which lead him to open ArkansasMetal Roofing & Windows in 1992. Mark was featured in Metal Home Digest in 2001 & 2002. He was listed in Qualified Remodeler magazine in 2003 as one of the Top 500 roofing contractors in the nation.

Over the years, Mark worked diligently to establish his expertise in the field, while also enjoying a balanced lifestyle through his hobbies of snowboarding, high country hiking, fishing, spending time with family and cooking. Along with his wife, Jolynn, a Colorado native, with her background in office administration for a large government defense contractor, they serve as the founders and owners of Breashears Roofing, one of Colorado’s preferred commercial and residential roofing companies.

Meagan obtained her degree from the Fay Jones School ofArchitecture, while in school she studied both architecture and business. She practiced all over the country as a highly recommended senior architectural designer before she decided to bring her talents to the Breashears Roofing team and make Colorado her home. Her trained eye for design helps our customers feel comfortable in their decisions and color selections. Meagan has a zest for life and her hobbies that include snowboarding, continuing education, travel and cooking help add to her well cultured demeanor.

Mike contributes much of his success to his childhood. As a child, Mike was taught the art of being a sheet metal worker – a trad he learned with his family by his side. Later Mike would attend and graduate from Portland State University, majoring in business management. Immediately following his graduation Mike put his trades and educational experience to work, serving the construction industry in operational, supply, and logistical roles. Today, Mike has over a decade of experience in all aspects of roofing - from purchasing to project management, estimation, installation, and sales. Mike is a rare and truly a hands-on expert. That knowledge and attitude are what makes Mike the natural leader of the Breashears Roofing Commercial Division.  

A Front Range resident since 2006, Mike loves Colorado for its amazing residents, weather, and abundance of recreational opportunities. In his free time, Mike enjoys hiking and camping during the summer months, skiing and snowboarding in the winter. Should the weather not cooperate, Mike spends his time woodworking or tackling home improvement projects.

Bob has spent the past 20 years in several sales and operational roles in the real estate industry before owning and operating a StateFarm agency for eight years in Old Colorado City. He has developed expert knowledge in single and multi-family housing construction, commercial real estate and asset management. In addition, Bob has directed diverse housing portfolios, including family, elderly, disabled, campus, retirement, and agricultural (farmworker housing). 

Bob uses his experience to help Breashears Roofing customers navigate the complex waters of insurance claims. His insider knowledge of how insurance companies work allows him to handle claims accurately, eliminating frustrations for the customer. 

Raised in Colorado, Bob attended college in San Francisco and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He returned to Colorado in 2015, where he still resides with his wife and three children.

Aaron has enjoyed helping people with their residential and commercial roofing projects for over 5 years in the greater Colorado Springs region. Bringing confidence and solution to every customer's unique situation, Aaron will clearly communicate the steps and details of each project. Specializing in full re-roof hail claims and commercial flat roofs, your completed project with transparent communication from start to finish is his highest priority. With a background in sports training and coaching, he has recently undertaken a new endeavor assisting a local aviation program introducing students ages 9-15 to the world of aeronautics through real life experience and exposure. Like most Coloradans, he enjoys hiking in the mountains, volunteering for ministries and services, and traveling to explore new states.
